There were no plastic odors. The packaging is good-everything came intact and safe. The parcel can be tracked. There is a manual instruction in the box. Inside there is a mark to which to pour water, as well as a mesh for fillers (you can use fruits, berries, some herbs). The container includes about a quarter of a glass of water, which boils very quickly and gives good steam with the aroma of what you put on the mesh, in my case it was mint. Love it.
